With two brand new resorts opening in Corfu 2018 and Kos 2019 and with two top awarded ones in Halkidiki we are looking for talented & energetic professionals.

There has never been a more interesting time to join Ikos Resorts. We’re on a development journey and we are now recruiting for:

Department Managers / Supervisors for IKOS ARIA,

our new luxury resort in KOS, opening in May 2019.

(Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Restaurants, Bars, Spa, Kids Club, Sports, Storekeeping, Maintenance, Garden Maintenance)

All roles will start as soon as possible, by joining one of our existing IKOS Hotels (Ikos Olivia, Ikos Oceania or Ikos Dassia) and in Autumn/Winter 2019 will move to Ikos Aria in Kos to start the pre-opening preparation for our new resort.

To succeed in your role, you will need to have:

• Relevant Experience as a Supervisor/Manager at least 3 years already in Hospitality. Please note that candidates with less than 3 years supervisory/managerial experience will not be considered at this stage.
• Pre-opening / opening experience will be considered as a strong asset.
• Proven resiliency in a very dynamic work environment
• Proven leadership skills to motivate and support their teams
• Excellent command of English language; a second language (Russian, German or French) would be considered as an asset
