The Psychology Department of City Unity College is proud to announce that one of its Lecturers, Dr Despina Menti, had her research approved for presentation in the 17th Panhellenic Psychological Research Conference, to be held on May 15-19 in Alexandroupolis.

Dr. Menti completed her postgraduate and doctoral studies at City Unity College and Cardiff Metropolitan University and is now a Chartered Psychologist and HCPC registered Health Psychologist. She will present part of her completed PhD research, titled ‘Factors related to treatment adherence of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients: the role of personality and illness perceptions’ in the form of an oral presentation’.

This distinction reflects upon the City Unity College’s highly qualified academic faculty.
